Professor of Diversity and Social Justice
Dr Calvin Moorley MBE RN, PhD is a leading expert in diversity, social justice, and nursing. He is a Professor for Diversity & Social Justice in the Department of Adult Nursing at London South Bank University. His work focuses on the intersection of gender, culture, race, and health, using a strong social justice lens to address inequalities in healthcare systems.
Professor Moorley’s research highlights the urgent need to challenge structural inequalities and improve outcomes for marginalised communities. His work explores how systemic barriers impact patient care and how healthcare professionals can better understand and respond to diverse populations.
