Dr Jacqui Dyer MBE
Co lead for Workstream 2: Informal Carers and Policy, Capacity Building and Impact
Dr Jacqui Dyer MBE is Director of Black Thrive Global and Co-Lead of Thrive LDN, working with the Population Mental Health Consortium at King’s College London. A respected health and social care consultant, Jacqui brings extensive experience in adult mental health commissioning, community engagement, and social work.
Within CARE-HSC, Jacqui co-leads the Informal Carers workstream and the Policy, Capacity Building and Impact core theme. Her work focuses on creating systems change through lived experience leadership, equitable policymaking, and community-driven approaches to mental health and well-being.
Jacqui is also a co-investigator on the COVE-IMM study (COVID-19 Ethnic Inequalities in Mental Health and Multimorbidities), led by King’s College London, which examines how the pandemic has deepened mental health inequalities across racially minoritised communities.
