She is the Founder of Equality 4 Black Nurses (E4BN), an organisation dedicated to addressing racial inequities within the nursing profession and advancing systemic change. Neomi is also the creator of Neo‑Slip®, a practical solution developed from her clinical experience to enhance safety and care outcomes.
